Flayvr Chef Return Policy for Perishable Goods

Flayvr Chef delivers perishable food items (e.g., fresh ingredients, meal kits) that are subject to strict quality and safety standards. Due to the nature of perishable goods, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Spoiled Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled (e.g., leaking packaging, expired items, or ingredients that do not meet freshness standards), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

We will provide a full refund, replacement, or account credit for the affected item(s).
3. Refunds or Credits
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Credits: Applied to your Flayvr Chef account for future orders.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used meal kits/ingredients.
Perishable items discarded after delivery (due to customer negligence, e.g., improper storage).
Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., flavor preferences).
6. Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our ingredients at the time of delivery. If your items are not fresh upon arrival, we’ll make it right.
7. Subscription Adjustments
If you need to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription, manage your account settings online up to 5 days before your next scheduled delivery.
