Our take on In-N-Out’s cult secret menu burger keeps the original idea intact: no bun, no filler, just beef, cheese, onion and sauce.

The kit includes two raw Scottish Wagyu smash burger patties, ready to press into a fiercely hot pan until the edges turn dark and crisp. Gruyère melts between the patties, while thick-cut organic onion rounds soften, caramelise and catch a little colour in the beef fat.

Alongside the burger, you get skin-on fries with truffle seasoning, grated hard cheese and herbs for finishing, plus our house burger sauce for dipping, drizzling or both.
