Yes, it is shipped frozen. On arrival it may have defrosted. This is perfectly safe, it should be refrigerated immediately.
How long does it take to arrive?
We deliver weekly on Friday. So, orders must be placed by Thursday for Friday delivery.
How spicy is the sauce?
The sauce is mild. So, not spicy at all.
What type of sausage is used?
We use turkey & chicken sausages.
Can I return my item?
Unfortunately no, the product is a perishable item.
Is it Halal?
Yes it is Halal, we do not use any pork in our sausages. Everything is prepped in a pork free station.
